We don't breed solely for color, although we have been extremely blessed with a frequence of black in our foals, as merely a plus. Whatever your goal -- showing, breeding, or simply having a treasured family companion or loyal best friend -- whenever you can find beauty, conformation, plus the added bonus of color--- whether black, pinto, or any color that's your favorite--- you just can't go wrong! |

Looking for a dream horse... If you are searching for just the right combination to be your ideal horse, the horse of your dreams, we'd love to help make your 'dream come true' just as ours has. Even if you don't have a mare or a stallion to produce that ideal cross, we offer the chance to custom design one with ours. We offer in-utero discounts on our unborn foals, and even custom design your own dream foal if you like. Just select your favorite cross between one of our stallions and any of our available mares. Or take a look on our Sales page, you might see that your custom choice is already on the way! We are glad to assist and advise if certain colors or characteristics are your dream. Dreams can be affordable... The same discount terms apply to a custom designed foal as our regular in-utero foal purchases. In-utero purchase agreement includes LFG and requires 400 down plus pmts of 400 at birth and final 400 at weaning/pickup. ~~OR~~ 400 down with 8 more pmts of 100per month completed by weaning/pickup. Talk about affordable for everyone--- you can't find many mares to lease or stud fees for that! And just like leasing a mare, buying in-utero is taking a chance buying an UN-born foal. And yes its taking a chance. Just as the buyer is taking a chance hoping to acquire at discount a more desirable color/gender, the seller is taking the same chance on giving up that more desirable color/gender at discount by pre-selling inutero. So for a buyer who prefers waiting to see outcome before committing to a price or deal, then of course its only fair that seller be allowed the same privilege. For someone wanting to pay deposit yet reserve the right to 'wait and see', a different agreement can be worked out allowing buyer a discount if not born their preferred color/gender while allowing seller a fair price if it is born the preferred color/gender, and thus make it fair for both. Selecting mares is also important... Mares of superb quality are of course the strong foundation of any program if outstanding foals are the goal. Here are some examples... Shasta is a beautiful bay who was bred to Mirage for a black or black bay foal featuring an outstanding Varian-bred pedigree top to bottom - foal will have Desperado V in the sire line and the great Bay-El-Bey as the maternal great grandsire. These foals will be exceptional having the strength of these legendary Varian bloodlines in addition to black-bred color. Midnite Twister is a splashy black & white Paint type half-Arab. She has the Paint size and sturdy build with the refined Arab neck and head and beautifully balanced black & white markings. We look forward to seeing her next knockout black & white foals. If a flashy black & white horse with the Arabian look is just the ticket, check back because Twister is producing exactly that! Jasmine, a golden flaxen chestnut, will be sure to give us some beautiful black foals sired by Blackwind Mirage. For those who love a fine-boned, delicate Arabian of extreme type with the grace of an gazelle, we think Jasmine can deliver the perfect combination, with color as a bonus. |
